These terms apply to any recurring (subscription) order from Vlutas, such as our weekly Kava subscription.
How it works
When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your PayPal account or payment card and ship your product every week until you cancel. The price, shipping cost and billing frequency are shown at checkout before you confirm.
Billing and delivery
You are billed on the due date of each shipment, and each order is processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
Skip, pause or cancel
You can skip a delivery, pause, or cancel at any time online from My Account. Changes should be made before the next billing date to take effect for that shipment. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund shipments that have already been billed or shipped.
Renewal reminders
We send an email reminder before each renewal so you can skip, pause or cancel.
Price changes
If the price changes, we will notify you in advance, and you may cancel before the new price applies.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry it or pause your subscription until the payment method is updated.
Refunds
Subscription orders follow our Refund & Returns Policy.
