Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the 50 United States only. We do not ship internationally.
Carrier, processing and delivery
Orders ship with USPS. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping cost
Shipping is $5.99 per product. Current promotions, such as free shipping when you buy any 2 products, are shown at checkout.
Preorders
Some products, including our new protein, hydration and nutrition drinks and our Fijian kava, are available for preorder at launch prices.
- You are charged at checkout, at the price shown.
- Preorders ship in the order they are received once stock is available.
- You can cancel a preorder before it ships by emailing vlutas@vlutas.com.
- If a launch is delayed, your order stays in place and you will still receive your product. We will email you automatically with the new availability date.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, send us proof (such as photos of the package and product) . For damaged items, proof must be sent within 7 days of delivery. After we review it, we will send a replacement at no cost. We do not issue refunds for lost or damaged packages. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address you provided.
