This is better than alcohol and works extremely faster. Just 1 cup did the job. I'm very pleased with how much it calmed me down in a stressful situation.

It really helped ease my anxiety. I’m on prescription medication for it, but that hasn’t made much of a difference. However, this made a huge improvement. Plus this kava tastes great!

Very delicious! It taste different - like a creamy drink. I'm not a heavy kava drinker so 1 bag - 1 cup did the job for the night perfectly. I cut a piece of pantyhose and used it to strain the powder in an 8 oz bowl of water, then I put it in the blender with a mango Monin syrup. It was super delicious and very calming. Don't hesitate to try this!
